Recipe for baked bell peppers

Here is a simple recipe for baked bell peppers:

Ingredients:

4-6 large bell peppers (different colors for variety)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (e.g. rosemary, thyme) for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Wash and peel the peppers from the seeds and tails. Halve the peppers, removing the stems and seeds.
